RadioViz is a software project for displaying and manipulating autoradiography grayscale images.

Features
--------

*   Display and analyze TIFF and XYZ images.
*   Apply various colormaps and interpolation methods.
*   Extract intensity profiles along lines in images.
*   Build frequency histograms of regions of interest (ROIs).
*   Rotate and align images to horizontal/vertical reference lines.
*   Perform automatic cropping of full plate images into sample images.
